As an industry executive and business consultant for nearly three decades, Hayes has helped corporations and retailers run more efficient operations. He has served as International CEDIA President including multiple executive chairs on the CEDIA Board of Directors and was owner of Custom Electronics, Inc. of Falmouth, Maine. Most recently Hayes served as SpeakerCraft Executive Vice President of Sales.
