Good article.
In the "What NOT to Say to Close the Sale" file is the true story of my friends Mark and Gisele who were shopping for an appliance in your town in the 80's. The salescreature followed them out into the parking lot when they tried to leave - and one of its last lines was, "What's the problem? Is SHE the problem?"
We can only hope that none of that particular species of salescreature exists anymore, but hey, there seems to be something prehistoric swimming around in Lake Okanagan so I guess anything is possible.
If you encounter one of these beasts do what my friends did.
