A source of mine in the heirarchy of Home Depot Canada reports that the rumors circulating internally regarding Bob Nardelli's resignation are both colorfully slanderous, and extremely consistent.
By "colorfully slanderous" I mean that I can't tell you what they told me.
And by "extremely consistent" I mean that the story is the same on every level of the Home Depot totem pole.

What has been said in the print and online media has certainly been colourful, how much worse can the private information be? My favourite is the description of his most recent "interaction" with shareholders. Can't you at least hint?
No, no I cannot. I have no proof other than hearsay, and no corroboration. It is so fabulously awful, that I shall leave this alone.
