It had moved down from the upper right hand corner some time ago. Did you not remove it from its position lower down? If not, have you a theory, conspiracy or otherwise, for its disappearance?
I've had that little button with the dragon on it in the lower right for a while, but I had that ribbon across the top right corner too.
I have no idea what person, or persons might be responsible.
and now it's back. How odd.
