Take a look at the Eastman Kodak stock price over the last 10 years. Now take a look at the Circuit City stock ticker from about Q4 2006 to present.

Circuit City needs more than a new CEO. Just yesterday, I went to return some unopened gifts with the receipt and the customer service person informed me that they could only refund $100. The rest would have to be refunded to a gift card, despite the fact that the gifts were paid for with cash. This goes against the company's return policy and to some extent is probably against the law, definitely not the way to further improve customer relations. I will continue not to shop there and will now ask anyone considering giving me an electronics related gift to go elsewhere.
