Tweeter stock delisted from NASDAQ, Miller and Kreisel goes up for auction

TWICE: Tweeter To Be De-Listed July 23

Canton, Mass. — Tweeter Home Entertainment will be de-listed from the Nasdaq stock exchange on July 23.
The ailing A/V chain no longer qualified for listing on the exchange after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month.
Tweeter did not appeal Nasdaq’s determination.
Last month the retailer received two bids for its assets, which were scheduled to be
auctioned yesterday.

There's nothing especially newsworth about this, per se. This is pretty standard for publically traded companies that are seeking creditor protection.

What is interesting is this advertisement in the sidebar of the page at TWICE:

Which answers the question of what's going on over at M&K Speakers.
