I would love to see someone use those exact ten photos in their next prospectus or annual report.
Speaking of "The Flirty Customer Service Gal" I don't believe that this girl:

actually works for Star Choice. Every time I've asked to speak to her, I get the runaround.
Yesterday a neighbour was talking about her call to Telus. She said it was extremely laden with menu choices. When she finally got to a human being she said she listed several sources of telephone service and declared that the first one to set itself up with a human answering the phone in civil fashion, like Westjet, would be swamped with business. The human said "we hear that a lot," before telling her how many other numbers she was going to have to call (menus and all) in order to do what she had to do.
