I like forecasts and analyst's reports as much as the next guy, but Sam Zell's economic outlook, put to music, and allegedly sent out as a Christmas card to his loved ones has left me absolutely breathless with laughter at it's sheer awesomeness.
I know that I'm late to the party, but just watch it!
